The Heywood was built in 1910 as a commercial printing warehouse. Converted in 2005 the building was able to keep its open spacious loft feel which is now so rare in the city. The building features a full time doorman and a roof deck with amazing views. Apartment 5D is a large corner unit with an oversized living room measuring 35 feet long and an open chefs kitchen which hosts top of the line appliances and Valverde limestone countertops. The ceilings are twelve and half feet high and the double hung thermo-pane windows are over seven feet filling this apartment with natural light. The master bedroom is enormous and comes complete with an on sweet five fixture bathroom, with both large soaking tub and stall shower.
