Dan got started in real estate when he was just 19 years old. At the time, he was the youngest agent at one of the top brokerage firms on Long Island. After earning his B.S. degree in Business Management from Geneseo, Dan moved into Manhattan.
Dan has been involved in transactions from Manhattan to Montauk and knows what it takes to get deals done.
Whether first-time buyers, seasoned investors or anxious sellers, his strong service orientation, keen attention to detail, sharp intuition and excellence in negotiation all ensure the best results. He prides himself on truly being a full service broker. He once excavated and gardened the entire backyard of a townhouse by himself, in two days, for a client whose property had to be sold immediately. He prides himself on being able to provide this top level of service to each and every one of his clients.
He understands the importance of staging and decorating and knows how much it can impact the price of an apartment. With that being said, he can masterfully stage and decorate an apartment to ensure that his sellers get the best possible price. Conversely, he can help his buyers see the true potential of a space that may not be being used effectively.
When Dan isn’t working, he enjoys spending his time hunting lighthouses and traveling.
